Employee Spotlight: Enrique Vasquez

Throughout Hermann and among his coworkers, Enrique is known for the positive energy, excitement, and enthusiasm he brings to work each day. “He is a hard working and a levelheaded problem solver, a real team player,” said Tiffany Lambert, Customer Service Representative. “He’s always hungry and asks what’s for lunch about six times before 11 am,” she added with a chuckle.

For the past 16 years, Enrique has made a staple for himself by going above and beyond. When the need arises, the team knows Enrique is there to provide support, leadership, guidance, training, and a smile. He’s helped train employees at multiple locations such as our Houston, Texas, and Rising Sun Road, New Jersey, warehouses. His skills and abilities make him an effective leader for our warehouse management team.

“I’m lucky and blessed to have him in my warehouse. Enrique has worked with at least five different managers, and they all would still love to work with him anytime,” said Warehouse Manager – Bordentown, NJ, Hector Comulado. “I haven’t met someone yet who would say something negative about him.”

At Hermann Services, we are fortunate to have Enrique on our team, and while many may suggest he devotes his life to his work, his greatest accomplishment was becoming a dad to a beautiful girl, Antonella Valentina Vasquez on April 2, 2024.  When he’s not working, Enrique enjoys, “spending time with family, especially my new baby girl, Antonella Valentina Vasquez.” He also enjoys working out, going to the gym daily, and watching and playing soccer.

An exemplary employee who consistently prioritizes warehouse safety by ensuring a smooth, efficient, and secure environment for our team and customers. Enrique’s dedication to safety and his willingness to go the extra mile are invaluable assets to our warehouse operations.
