Hermann Services Celebrates Danielle Novotny’s Community Leadership!

This award recognizes individuals who show a relentless pursuit of self-improvement and consistently exceed their goals. It also recognizes their innovative spirit in which they tackle changing business needs and find creative solutions to push their company forward. Emerging Leaders are committed to collaboration and bridging leadership development gaps and championing new practices. This award was just one of many given during a night of celebration in honor of individuals who have made a difference in their community.

During her over two years at Hermann Services, Danielle has helped us coordinate and pull off some amazing community events like our annual Toys for Tots Toy Drive, South Brunswick’s National Night Out, delivering wreaths with Wreaths Across America, and so much more! Her impact extends to our company culture, too. She’s played a key role in planning our Holiday Party, our kickoff event celebrating the second cohort in the Rutgers Business School’s Road to Supply Chain Leadership program, and countless employee appreciation lunches on our beautiful patio.

It’s clear she demonstrates all the qualities of an Emerging Leader that this award calls for!

“My career in marketing has been anything but a straight line, and the things I’ve been part of with Hermann Services, Inc. have been successful because of the amazing teams I can partner with. From marketing campaigns, to company and community events, to wrapping trailers, to capturing pictures and videos of what it means to work at Hermann, I’ve always seen myself as team-based. So, last night was eye-opening, to say the least,” exclaimed Danielle.
