Our Cavalcade location opened in September 2022 and has become a vital part of our logistics network! This 70,000-square-foot warehouse is also a transportation hub for the region because it boasts a prime location near major highways, railways, and ports like:

- Union Pacific Railroad
“Since our Cavalcade location opened, the transformation has been tremendous. Growing our team members and improving processes to better serve our customers is the most rewarding part of the job,” said Karen Huffman, Director of Administration. Some of these upgrades have included installing dock locks, dock door bumpers, and dock plates. “All improvements to our warehouse ensure proper safety for our employees and customers,” said Angel Carrion, Warehouse Operations Manager.
Safety is always a top priority for the entire Hermann Services organization. With regular safety training meetings and frequent reviews for compliance and cleanliness, the dedicated staff at our warehouses have maintained customer-ready facilities that always delight visitors.
In March of this year, we celebrated the groundbreaking of our newest warehouse on the East Sam Houston Parkway. This warehouse adds 181,000 square feet of warehouse space to our network, will have 12 parking spots for electric trucks, and ample truck parking on the grounds. This fully customizable warehouse will have 20,000 rack positions for storage and a 36’ clearance height. The office space will have a modern design, open work and interaction areas to foster collaboration, and a large second-floor conference room that looks into the warehouse. As a wonderful nod to the company’s history, our lobby will also feature a fully renovated replica of the Old Timer truck that our founders, Fred and Myrtle Hermann, owned as one of the first company trucks!
