Hermann Services makes NJ Best Places to Work list for the 2nd time!

Similar to last year, we qualified in the large company category (having 250 or more US employees), and the qualification process involved an employer questionnaire, which asked about our HR processes and benefits, followed by a questionnaire administered to all NJ employees which 40% or more employees needed to fill out in order to qualify.

This is a fantastic achievement for the entire organization. Our hardworking and diverse staff are the backbone of this company’s success and continuous enthusiasm. We see it in day-to-day work, interactions, the customer-ready warehouse and distribution facilities, the safe and timely drivers, and especially the events we host across the company.

We are grateful for everyone who took the time to submit their honest feedback and comments about Hermann Services in this questionnaire, and this award goes out to all of the Hermann staff!

We will have the opportunity to accept our award and learn our official ranking in the NJ Best Places list at a ceremony taking place on September 30, 2024, and can’t wait to celebrate.
