Kellyn started with Hermann Services in December 2012 as a temporary employee picking and packing orders. Three months later, Kellyn was asked to join Hermann Services as a full-time associate serving as an Office Customer Service Representative in charge of inventory control. Since then, Kellyn has continued to excel and grow professionally here at Hermann Services. Kellyn now serves as the Assistant Warehouse Manager at our Blackhorse Lane warehouse in North Brunswick, New Jersey.
There are many things Kellyn is proud to have accomplished in her time working at Hermann. “One of them is leading/guiding/helping [my] team and others on everyday daily tasks and to overcome any challenges. It’s satisfying to see our customers very happy,” she said. “Teamwork leads to success and is a rewarding feeling.”
Kellyn has worked with us for quite some time, so she has plenty of memories with Hermann to share. Some of her favorites include, “The picnic gatherings, seeing most of the employees I work with every day by phone/email and interacting with them.”
Three words Kellyn would use to describe Hermann are, ‘Opportunity to grow’. “I have been given the opportunity to grow in this business through the years from a picker-packer to inventory control to global lead CSR [customer service representative] to now assistant warehouse manager,” she said.
Outside of work, one of Kellyn’s proudest accomplishments is that her daughter is currently starting her third year at a technical high school. “She’s keeping her GPA no lower than 3.0, and she has been on national honors since middle school. She has worked really hard all these years, and I will keep on supporting her dreams,” she shared. “My kids are my biggest accomplishments; seeing them grow and becoming good people and overcoming their challenges makes me really proud.”
