January Employee Spotlights

Tracey Swan

Tracey is a Senior Customer Service Specialist who has been with us since October 2022 at the Rising Sun warehouse in Bordentown, NJ. In this role, she enjoys working with her coworkers, “everyone here gets along really well and it is a cohesive team.” She also enjoys communicating with clients and making sure they’re happy and their needs and expectations are met.

Her favorite memory with Hermann would be the Hermann holiday party of 2023. “Everyone seemed to have such a great time and enjoy each other’s company. It was an incredibly fun time and receiving the Customer Service Award was such an honor.”

Outside of work, Tracey enjoys drawing on her tablet, reading books, and hanging out with friends and family.

Alicia Render

Alicia is an Office Manager at our Rising Sun Road warehouse in Bordentown, NJ, and has been with us since October of 2022. Her favorite part of the role is, “interacting with all my Hermann coworkers and clients and making them happy. I love helping people, this job gives me the chance to do that, which makes me happy.”

Alicia’s favorite memory so far was, “winning the Hermann Cares Award at our incredible Holiday Party in 2023. It was an honor, and I was completely surprised. I loved that my husband was there to share the moment with me.” She also enjoyed getting to be part of the start-up of our Rising Sun warehouse in Bordentown, New Jersey. “We have an amazing group of people,” she said.

In her free time, Alicia enjoys hanging out with her family and friends. “We play games, workout, or go to the mall and walk around,” she said.

Afua Adjekum

Afua has been an Assistant Controller with Hermann Services since August of 2022. She enjoys getting to work with different departments, improving processes, and getting to watch the company grow.

Choosing a favorite memory was difficult for Afua because, “we create new memories through hard work and laughter, even on the stressful days.” If she had to pick one though she chose National Night Out because she enjoyed, “meeting new people and talking about Hermann with the different people that stopped by our booth.” In December, Afua received the Team Spirit award for her enthusiasm and support in the workplace.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Adriel Jimenez

Adriel has been with Hermann Services since November of 2022 as Lead Warehouse Manager at our Rising Sun Road warehouse. When asked what he enjoys most about his role he said, “My team trusts and respects me as a manager and as a friend. We work hard together to get the job done and that makes my job enjoyable. I like the atmosphere we have created in our building.”

He has a couple of favorite memories since he began working with us, one being our Memorial Day BBQ. “We had the grill going and everyone outside. It was a beautiful day and I enjoyed getting to see everyone so happy,” he said. His favorite memory by far though was receiving the Team Player Award at our holiday party in 2023. “This didn’t just impact my job here but was something I will remember for the rest of my life,” he said.

Outside of work, Adriel enjoys being with family, going on day trips to explore, and playing baseball, saying, “I can’t wait for my one-year-old son to be able to enjoy it with me.”
